Maria joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in March of 1996. She has a master's degree in Architecture and City Planning from Technical University of Gdansk, Poland. Maria has a Certified General Appraiser's License in Indiana as well as a Real Estate Salesperson License. Maria has appraised various property types including industrial facilities, retail centers, subdivisions, planned unit developments, office buildings, conventional and government subsidized apartments and a wide variety of unique and special use properties such as adult congregate living facilities, fraternities and sororities, churches, golf courses, and mini storage facilities. She is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to beginning her career as an appraiser, she worked as an architect in Poland and as a planning technician for the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission.

Jason joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in August of 2005 as a state licensed      appraiser trainee. He graduated from Purdue University with Bachelors of Arts degrees in both history and political science. In 2004 Jason attended the London School of economics and served as a political researcher in the British House of Commons. Jason has completed real estate appraisal coursework through Education REsource as well as completing the Appraisal Institute's Course 310-Basic Income Capitalization.

York joined Don R. Scheidt & Co. in 2006 as a state licensed appraiser trainee and serves as the Lafayette Commercial Coordinator.  His duties include completing commercial appraisal assignments, negotiating fees for appraisal services, and marketing of the company’s services.  He graduated from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University in December of 2005 with a degree in Business Administration.  York has completed coursework through the Appraisal Institute, where he is also an Associate Member.

Judy joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in June 1997. Prior to her appraising career, Judy spent 10 years as a real estate broker/manager and broker/owner. She is an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser, has an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License, and is a member of the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors. A life-long resident of West Lafayette, Indiana, she is a Purdue University alumnus with a M.S. degree in Educational Administration and a B.S. degree in Business.

Deborah joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in October, 1997. Prior to joining Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc., she had 7 years of real estate experience as an appraiser and as a sales agent for a local firm. She is an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser, has an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License and is a member of the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors.

Mark joined Don R Scheidt & Co., Inc. in September of 2005 as a state licensed   appraiser trainee with 17 years of lending experience with a large Indiana credit union. Mark's prior experience includes real estate lending and consumer lending along with management of a $10million   + branch of Industrial Federal Credit Union in Lafayette. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University in Finance. Mark has completed course work with Education Resource an accredited real estate appraisal school.
