York Pollert
York is a Principal and serves as the Director of Lafayette Operations for Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. This position includes the responsibilities of managing the office, training new employees, negotiating appraisal fees and contracts, and marketing of the company's services. York has completed a variety of commercial appraisal assignments including existing and proposed hotels, retail, industrial, office, apartment, single family subdivisions, and vacant land, as well as mixed use and special use properties. He is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Indiana and also holds a Real Estate Broker’s License. York is a member of the Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS. He graduated from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. York has completed coursework through the Appraisal Institute, where he is also an Associate Member. In addition York is active in his local church, and is active within Tippy Connect young professionals.

Maria Szpankowska
Maria joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in March of 1996. She has a master's degree in Architecture and City Planning from Technical University of Gdansk, Poland. Maria has a Certified General Appraiser's License in Indiana as well as a Real Estate Salesperson License. Maria has appraised various property types including industrial facilities, retail centers, subdivisions, planned unit developments, office buildings, conventional and government subsidized apartments and a wide variety of unique and special use properties such as adult congregate living facilities, fraternities and sororities, churches, golf courses, and mini storage facilities. She is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to beginning her career as an appraiser, she worked as an architect in Poland and as a planning technician for the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission.

Jason G. King
Jason joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in August of 2005. He graduated from Purdue University with Bachelors of Arts degrees in both history and political science. In 2004 Jason attended the London School of economics and served as a political researcher in the British House of Commons. Jason holds an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser License as well as an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License. Jason is also a State of Indiana Level I and Level II Assessor, and a Certified Tax Representative. He has completed real estate appraisal coursework through the Appraisal Institute and Education REsource. Jason is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, and is on the path towards MAI designation. Jason’s assignments have included both existing and proposed improvements. He has performed a variety of commercial appraisal assignments including single-user retail, fast food restaurants, shopping centers, industrial, office, apartments, single-family subdivisions, and special uses such as schools, churches, veterinary clinics, manufactured home communities, and fraternities.

Kevin Ramsey
Kevin joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in the spring of 2011, as a state licensed appraiser trainee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University’s College of Technology, and completed extensive coursework in Industrial Technology. He has completed coursework with the Appraisal Institute and is pursuing his Indiana Certified General Appraiser License. His experience includes preparing appraisals on a variety of assignments including vacant land, single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties, office, retail, multi-family residential, mixed-use, and proposed multi-family residential properties, etc.

Wayne Moore
Wayne joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in September of 2011, as a state licensed appraiser trainee. He has completed coursework with the Appraisal Institute and is currently pursuing his Indiana Certified General Appraiser License. Wayne graduated from Purdue University in the Krannert School of Management in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Philosophy. Wayne has completed commercial appraisal assignments of property types which include industrial properties, office, retail, apartment complexes, and land.

Judy Tudor
Judy joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in June 1997. Prior to her appraising career, Judy spent 10 years as a real estate broker/manager and broker/owner. She is an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser, has an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License, and is a member of the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors. A life-long resident of West Lafayette, Indiana, she is a Purdue University alumnus with a M.S. degree in Educational Administration and a B.S. degree in Business.
