Hank Rassel, MAI
Hank is a Principal and Executive Vice President, and serves as the Director of Commercial Services in Indianapolis for Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. This position includes the responsibilities of managing the office, reviewing staff appraisers' work product, training new employees, negotiating appraisal fees and contracts, and marketing of the company's services. Throughout his appraisal career he has specialized exclusively in commercial valuation and consulting, completing appraisal assignments in various Midwestern States. Hank has completed a wide variety of commercial appraisal assignments ranging from residential planned unit developments, low income and conventional multi-family housing, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, and assisted living properties, etc. Hank is also experienced as an expert witness for litigation and tax appeal cases. He is a Certified General Appraiser in the state of Indiana and also holds a Real Estate Broker's License. He has been awarded his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Hank is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS and the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS. In addition, he is a graduate of Indiana University where he received his BS in Public Finance. Hank is active in his local church, and has coached youth soccer, softball and basketball.

David Lawrence
David is a Senior Appraiser and a Principal with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. and has been active in commercial real estate since 1991. His real estate experience encompasses many facets of the industry, including: appraisal, underwriting, loan origination, and acquisition/development analysis. David has over 15-years of commercial appraisal experience and has expertise in a variety of property uses, including: multi-family residential, industrial, retail, hotels, and multi-use land development. He has extensive discounted cash flow experience and is proficient with Excel and Argus software. David is a General Certified Appraiser in Indiana and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. In addition to appraising, David's employment experience includes working for a mortgage banking firm, Pedcor Capital Corporation, and a multi-family developer, Pedcor Community Development. While at Pedcor, David was directly involved in developing and financing of multi-family residential projects. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.

Shaun W. Wilson
Shaun is a Principal and Senior Appraiser with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc., having joined the firm in 2003. He has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1998, and his appraisal experience includes the preparation of appraisals on a variety of existing and proposed properties. Property types appraised include vacant land, industrial, retail, multifamily, commercial and industrial subdivision developments, and office properties, as well as senior housing facilities. He has extensive discounted cash flow experience and is proficient with Excel and Argus software. Shaun graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance-Real Estate and a minor in Mathematics. He is currently a State Certified General Appraiser in Indiana and is a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He is actively pursuing the MAI designation and has completed all required coursework and experience requirements, and has successfully completed the Appraisal Institute's General Comprehensive Exam.

Monty J. Ewing
Monty is a Senior Appraiser at Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. His professional work since 1989 includes appraisal and real estate market analysis of investment grade property. He has completed assignments for office and industrial properties, as well as multifamily, retail (shopping center and NNN-leased properties), and special use projects in Indianapolis and regional cities. He is a specialist in computer applications for real estate market analysis, and has extensive experience in discounted cash flow analysis, to include PRO-JECT, Dynalease and ARGUS formats. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate from the Indiana University School of Business. He concentrated on financial analysis, with emphasis on accounting principals, micro, macro and statistical economics. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® in Indiana and is an affiliate member working toward the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Sabra A. Sullivan
Sabra is a Senior Appraiser at Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. and a candidate for the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute. Her professional work includes appraisal and real estate market analysis of investment grade property. She has completed assignments for office, retail to include regional malls, multifamily and industrial properties as well asunusual special use properties in Indianapolis and other regional cities. She has substantial discounted cash flow analysis experience to include the PRO-JECT and Argus formats. In addition Sabra has an extensive background in real estate, banking and construction. She has experience in mortgage lending with both Union Federal and American Fletcher National Bank. As founder of Bickell/Sullivan Builders, Inc., a custom home builder, she was a member of the Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis and served on the Legislative Committee Sabra has also held the positions of Director of Construction for Hokanson Companies, Inc. and Vice President of M.R. Kendall Construction Corporation where she managed construction and development projects. She graduated with honors from Miami University and was awarded membership in Phi Alpha Theta history honorary. She holds a General Certified Appraiser License in the states of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

Kurt VonSpreckelsen
Kurt joined Don R. Scheidt in the spring of 1994 after 15 years with Simon Property Group. Kurt has completed a variety of commercial assignments over the past 9 years. He currently specializes in multi-family appraisals including Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects and market studies. He also has substantial discounted cash flow analysis experience gained at Simon for large multi-tenant retail or mixed-use projects and is proficient on PRO-JECT and Argus software. At Simon, Kurt worked as a financial analysis project leader and senior financial analyst. Some of his duties included preparation of detailed cost proformas, cash flow projections, and budgets for both regional malls, and mixed-use developments. Kurt is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Indiana. He also has extensive real estate and urban development graduate experience from the University of Georgia in addition to a BS from Arizona State University.

Doug G. Cooper
Doug is a Senior Appraiser and a Principal with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. and has been an active commercial real estate appraiser since 2002. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate/Finance for Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. He has completed several real estate courses through Indiana University in Indianapolis, Education Resource, and the Appraisal Institute. Doug is an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute and an MAI candidate. He has extensive discounted cash flow experience and is proficient with Excel and Argus software. He has completed a variety of assignments including vacant land, retail, office and industrial properties, as well as single-family residential and commercial planned land developments, hotel/motels, and multi-family residential developments.

David A. Clapper
David came to Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in 1999 as a commercial real estate appraiser from Sarasota Florida after completing his MBA at the University of South Florida with a concentration in Finance and International Business. His appraisal career started in 1991 and throughout he has specialized exclusively in commercial valuation completing appraisal assignments in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Ohio, North Carolina, and Indiana. David has completed a wide variety of commercial appraisal assignments ranging from Developments of Regional Impact (DRI's,) residential planned unit developments, golf courses, condominiums, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, churches, adult congregate living facilities, etc. From 2006 to 2008 David was an Asset Manager with HDG Mansur where he managed approximately 3.0 million square feet of office and industrial space. David was also responsible for the quarterly valuation of the $2 billion private equity fund. David returned to Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in December 2008. He is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Florida and in Indiana. David is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He has completed all but one of the courses needed to earn the MAI designation. David is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned his BS in Marketing. He also has a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Cyndi Jacobson Gianneschi
Cyndi graduated from Indiana University School of Business with Finance and Economics majors in the fall of 1984. Her extensive career in real estate has provided her with experience in commercial real estate lending, mortgage banking, residential loan origination, apartment development/construction, and commercial real estate appraising and market studies. She previously worked for institutions such as American United Life, Westinghouse Credit, Metmor Financial, NBD Bank, Trammell Crow Residential, AMLI Residential, and Pedcor Investments. Her 4 + years at Pedcor Investments was devoted to developing sites and completing applications for apartment developments that were financed through the State of Indiana and Kentucky tax credit process. Since joining Don R Scheidt & Co., Inc. in June of 2006, Ms. Gianneschi has preformed numerous commercial real estate valuation assignments. She specializes in multi-family properties and has prepared HUD rent and LIHTC market studies as well as appraisals for financing. Additionally, Ms. Gianneschi has prepared numerous appraisals of Industrial, Land, Office and some Retail commercial properties for financing and including estate planning purposes. Ms. Gianneschi also holds a General Certified Appraiser’s License, a Real Estate Brokers License for the State of Indiana and is a Director on the Indiana Real Estate Data, Inc. Board.

Tony Demos
Tony is a commercial real estate appraiser who came to Don R. Scheidt and Co. in the spring of 1993. Tony has an extensive background in economic development with the city of Anderson and Blackford County. Additionally, Tony served as Director of Planning for Region 6 Planning Commission and as a Community Development Specialist for HUD. Tony has his Certified General Appraiser License in the state of Indiana and holds an Indiana Broker's License as well. Tony is a graduate of Ball State University where he has earned a BS in Political Science and an MPA in Public Administration. He is also a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS®.

Joanilla M. Barker
Joanilla joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc., in 2001 and has been appraising commercial real estate since 1998 after completing real estate appraisal course work at Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis. She has also completed courses with the Appraisal Institute, and is an Associate Member (MAI candidate). She has completed a variety of commercial appraisal assignments including commercial and residential development land, industrial buildings, special use properties, single-tenant retail, proposed retail construction, and right-of-way acquisition in Indianapolis and regional cities. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from DePauw University and holds an Indiana General Certified Appraiser license. Joanilla has nine years of business experience that encompasses marketing, account management and personnel management.

Jon P. Latinovich
Jon joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc., in June of 2011. Jon has been in the real estate appraisal industry since 2003 and in commercial real estate valuation since 2005. Appraisal experience includes market studies and valuations on various property types including single and multi-tenant retail properties, office buildings, industrial buildings, vacant land for different uses, residential subdivisions, and multiple Indiana Department of Transportation condemnation projects. He has extensive discounted cash flow experience and is proficient with Argus software. Jon received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Information Systems) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2004. Jon is currently an Indiana Certified General Appraiser and is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute working towards a MAI designation. Jon holds a Level II Assessor Certification and is a Certified Tax Representative.

Jessica Reese
Jessica joined Don R. Scheidt in the spring of 2009, as a state licensed appraiser trainee. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business. David Curry
David came to Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in 1992, after retiring from a management position with General Motors. He is a Licensed Residential Appraiser in the State of Indiana. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and has pursued graduate degrees in marketing at Butler University, and in Law at Indiana University. David has completed several courses with the Appraisal Institute, and is an Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Troy A. Boyer
Troy is a Certified Residential Appraiser that has been active in real estate since 2002. His real estate experience includes: residential appraisals, residential appraisal review, court testimony, and loan origination. Troy has seven years of appraisal experience and has appraised a variety of property types. Valuations have been performed on various property types including, but not limited to land and residential properties, including one to four unit multi-family residential dwellings. The purpose of these valuations is for mortgage loans, marriage dissolutions, pre-listing appraisals, high end residential properties, estate planning, insurance settlement, relocations, FHA appraisals, etc. Troy graduated from Indiana University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He is currently a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Indiana and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Troy is also an FHA approved appraiser in the State of Indiana.
