Columbus Office

Tim is the manager of the Columbus office and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1983.   Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years in real estate sales and in banking for four years.   Tim is FHA and VA approved and a designated member (SRA) of the Appraisal Institute.   He holds an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser license and an Indiana Real Estate Broker license.   He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and was President of the Columbus Board of Realtors in 1989.   Tim is a graduate of Ball State University.

Jon is a Principal and serves as Director of Columbus Operations for Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc.  He is a certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Indiana and a designated member (SRA) of the Appraisal Institute.  Jon has completed a variety of residential assignments, including waterfront properties, new construction developments, and 2-4 unit dwellings.  He is FHA approved and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License.  Jon has served on the Board of Directors for the Hoosier State Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, along with serving on the Board of Directors of the Crossroads Association of Realtors.  Jon is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management.

Jennifer joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. as a Residential Appraiser Trainee in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from Purdue’s College of Agriculture in 2019. She plans to obtain a Certified Residential Appraiser License in the State of Indiana. Since working with Don R. Scheidt & Co., her experience includes assignments of residential, proposed new construction, and vacant land.

Becky is an associate commercial property manager and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1990.   She assisted on a HUD Section 8 apartment complex for two years before moving into the commercial division.   She is actively involved with the commercial brokerage and leasing department and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker License.   She is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and has completed several marketing courses including some SIOR offerings.

Karen has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1989. She holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers license and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. As a Property Manager for Don R. Scheidt & Company, she has managed a HUD Section 8 apartment community, a Section 42 apartment building and 24 rental homes. Karen currently serves as a Client Relations Associate to ensure an efficient process of appraisal assignments.
