Tim Scheidt, SRA
Tim is the manager of the Columbus office and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1983. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years in real estate sales and in banking for four years. Tim is FHA and VA approved and a designated member (SRA) of the Appraisal Institute. He holds an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser license and an Indiana Real Estate Broker license. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and was President of the Columbus Board of Realtors in 1989. Tim is a graduate of Ball State University.

Susan Shultz, SRA
Susan has been a residential appraiser with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1991. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Indiana and holds an Indiana Broker's License. Susan has a real estate sales background. She is a Designated Member (SRA) of the Appraisal Institute. Susan is also a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors.

Don R. (Randy) Scheidt, MAI, CCIM
Don R. “Randy” Scheidt, MAI, CCIM, FRICS has been in the real estate profession since August of 1972. He is President of Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc., which has offices in Indianapolis, Columbus and Lafayette, Indiana. The firm specializes in valuations, consulting and market studies, as well as other services throughout the Midwest. Commercial brokerage and property management services to date have been concentrated in central and south central Indiana.

Becky Eckelman
Becky is an associate commercial property manager and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1990. She assisted on a HUD Section 8 apartment complex for two years before moving into the commercial division. She is actively involved with the commercial brokerage and leasing department and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker License. She is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and has completed several marketing courses including some SIOR offerings.

Property Management
Karen George
Karen is an associate residential property manager. She has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1989. Prior to joining the firm, she was in residential property management for two years. Karen is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management. She holds an Indiana Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Karen is actively managing a local HUD Section 8 apartment community, a Section 42 apartment building and 24 rental homes.
