Tim is the manager of the Columbus office and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1983. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years in real estate sales and in banking for four years. Tim is FHA and VA approved and a designated member (SRA) of the Appraisal Institute. He holds an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser license and an Indiana Real Estate Broker license. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and was President of the Columbus Board of Realtors in 1989. Tim is a graduate of Ball State University. | |

Susan has been a residential appraiser with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1991. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Indiana and holds an Indiana Broker's License. Jerry joined Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. in December of 1993. Prior to joining our company he had three years of experience in real estate sales where he was a million dollar producer each year. Jerry also has a strong background in retail management and marketing, 15 years as a retail jeweler, and three years as an account executive with the local newspaper. Jerry attended Purdue University and has called Columbus home since 1977. Jerry is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of IN, and is FHA approved. In addition, he is also a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors. | |

Becky is an associate commercial property manager and has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1990. She assisted on a HUD Section 8 apartment complex for two years before moving into the commercial division. She is actively involved with the commercial brokerage and leasing department and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker License. She is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and has completed several marketing courses including some SIOR offerings. | |

Karen is an associate residential property manager. She has been with Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. since 1989. Prior to joining the firm, she was in residential property management for two years. Karen is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management. She holds an Indiana Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Karen is actively managing a local HUD Section 8 apartment community, a Section 42 apartment building and 24 rental homes. | |
